Simon Mugglestone completes 30 years of service at Halcion

Simon Mugglestone completed a significant career milestone in 2021, having been with the company since its bulk haulage days in 1991.

Simon started on the Halcion Haulage traffic desk under the wing of Jack Corrie back when Halcion was a very different company, moving bulk tipper loads of coal, coke, sand, magnetite and grain around the UK for the likes of Blue Circle, Sibelco & ECC.

Simon joined Halcion Express in 2004 as the finished goods delivery division began to grow and is now Express’ Operations Director and acting Transport Manager, running the day to day pallet network operation, traffic desk and vehicle maintenance.

Simon is also an avid disabled golf competition winner and we are delighted to award him a gift that matches his passion.
